Our Rooms We make a great effort to provide our guests with a warm welcome and comfortable stay when coming to our guest house. All our rooms are en-suite and have Wi-Fi availability, television access, tea and coffee making facilities and reliable mobile phone reception.
We have two spacious double rooms which sleep 2 people; children over 12 years and older are allowed to stay in these rooms. These rooms are fitted with an en-suite, television access, tea and coffee making facilities and 2 armchairs.
Our other available room is our win room; perfect for those with children over the age of 12. This room sleeps 2 people in separate single beds and has an easily accessible en-suite. Like our double rooms, our twin room is fitted with a television, tea and coffee making facilities and good quality mobile phone reception.
Unfortunately, we do not allow our guest to smoke in our rooms, this ensures our rooms and clean, hygienic and a fresh environment at all times.
Dogs In Our Guest House Here at Lodge Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast, we welcome dogs, however, we regret that dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms. However, they are welcome to sleep in the basket provided in our utility/boiler room, or in the owners car.
Although we do not allow dogs to sleep in the bedrooms, there is a vast amount of space for dogs to exercise and play. A Walker's Paradise is close by to our guest house, this is one of Britain's pre-historic routes and one of many 'green lanes' to which hundreds of miles of bridleways and footpaths interlink. Our guest and their dogs adore it!
